RSA shakes up marine market with Noble purchase

Yacht investments still viable

RSA has confirmed its acquisition of all shares in Noble Marine Insurance Brokers and Noble Underwriting Agencies, for a rumoured £4m.

The broker also confirmed the purchase and said Jonathan Langford had assumed the role of managing director, "continuing the family's involvement with the businesses".

RSA said Noble Marine would continue to work with the current panel of insurers and service their policies as previously. However at renewal, the insurer will become the sole policy provider where appropriate.
