RSA's Donaldson on the move in managament shuffle

RSA has made some significant changes to its senior management with a shuffle that may have direct implications for brokers.

Paul Donaldson, current MD of UK commercial lines, has taken up the position of group broker relationship and sales director with Jon Hancock moving in to Mr Donaldson’s former position.

Mr Hancock has been with RSA for 21 years and has joined the UK operation from RSA’s business in Asia and the Middle East, where he’s been CEO for the past 15 months.

Mr Donaldson will report to group CEO Andy Haste and will have responsibility for RSA's strategic relationships with brokers while Mr Hancock will
