Latest insurer signs up to Aldermanbury Declaration

Sterling Insurance has signed up to the Chartered Insurance Institute’s (CII) Aldermanbury Declaration.

At present, 11% of Sterling’s customer-facing staff in underwriting and claims  hold the equivalent of an ACII qualification or above.

The company is also on target to ensure that 25% of all customer-facing staff hold the CII’s Certificate in Insurance or higher before the end of 2011.
