Cracked windscreen

Markerstudy has confirmed that Trifords, part of its group of companies, has acquired selected assets from the liquidation of Auto Windscreens.

Administrators were appointed for Auto Windscreens on 14 February this year.

In a short statement Markerstudy said: "These [assets] include the Chesterfield head office, other freehold and leasehold sites, and the right to use the Auto Windscreens brand name."

The company declined to answer any questions and added that further details on how it intended to make use of these assets will be released in due course.
