New LEI product tailored for smaller landlords
Arc Legal Assistance has teamed up with Swinton Commercial to launch a commercial rental guarantee product for semi-professional landlords.
Arc Legal’s product is tailored to landlords with smaller portfolios of properties offering legal expenses and rental guarantee cover including protection against legal costs associated with tenant eviction, non-tenant property infringements and tax disputes and defaults in rental payments.
The package also includes access to a tenant referencing service through Arc Legal’s partnership with Experian.
