Simply Business claims commercial insurance platform first

Simply Business has launched what it says is the commercial insurance industry’s first live online tracking platform for its customers going through the claims process.

According to the company, the new service, which Simply Business expects to handle around 3,000 claims in its first six months, enables users to track the progress of their claims online at any time, and will facilitate a fast track settlement service whereby customers can upload photos and scans of receipts and damaged goods to help speed up the claims process.
