Woodstock makes three acquisitions in a year
Endsleigh-owned Woodstock Insurance Brokers has confirmed the acquisition of a book of business from the personal lines arm of Clear Insurance.
In the past 12 months, Woodstock has completed three acquisitions. In June, it bought both the personal lines and commercial portfolios of a large broker based in Slough. This was followed in September with the purchase of the entire general insurance portfolio of Active Insurance, based in Surrey.
Woodstock's purchase of a personal lines book was from Clear Insurance Management - based in New Malden. Clear retained the remainder of its personal lines offering.
