Groupama appoints IFB analyst as counter fraud investigator

Groupama Insurances has appointed Marc Yeates in the role of counter fraud claims advisor.

A qualified fraud investigator, Mr Yeates was previously employed as a case researcher and analyst at the Insurance Fraud Bureau (IFB). He reports to Andy Pagett, counter fraud manager.

According to the insurer, Mr Yeates will be responsible for the management of a case load of insurance claims that require further investigation following referral from all areas of the business to include personal, commercial and household.
