Antur acquires broker DW Burrows
Welsh broker Antur Insurance has announced its acquisition of Barry-based broker, DW Burrows, in a bid to strengthen its competitive edge in South East Wales.
The acquisition of DW Burrows will see Antur gain a new office in Barry and is part of the broker’s expansion strategy to open more offices across this region to build on its customer base.
DW Burrows has been trading in Barry for over 30 years and has five members of staff. Antur formed an associate partnership with the broker in August 2009.
DW Burrows director, Dennis Burrows, will step down from the business and become a consultant, all other directors are being retained to supplement Antur
