CBG buys healthcare broker

mike-askew

CBG Group has purchased Rockbridge Healthcare for an undisclosed fee.

The acquisition of Rockbridge is the company's first since 2008, following two years of consolidation and restructure.

Rockbridge - a member of the Association of Medical Insurance Intermediaries - will be immediately integrated into CBG's financial services division.

Further to the initial fee, an additional payment will be made if specified targets are met over the next year. The existing directors of Rockbridge will also remain within the business during a handover period.
