Groupama aims to boost brokers counter fraud activities with new hire
Andy Pagett has been appointed by Groupama Insurances as counter fraud manager. He joined Groupama from Fortis and reports to head of technical claims, Steve Caffrey.
Mr Pagett will be responsible for all aspects of Groupama’s counter fraud activities. This will include developing the capabilities of the counter fraud team, enhancing existing counter fraud procedures whilst implementing new processes and maximizing the use of technology to identify fraudsters and potentially fraudulent claims.
His remit will extend beyond the counter fraud team to work with Groupama’s brokers and intermediaries to support their counter fraud activities.
