Dear Petrov,

It has been a year since I took over control of the UK division and I am pleased to report a result that is better than planned for the first six months of 2010.

The action taken to stop the large drop in revenue has been successful and we grew over the first six months of this year. Many of our competitors have experienced declining income. Broking profits fall at Saga

Underlying profit before tax in Saga’s insurance broking arm fell to £39.8m for the year ended 31 January 2024, compared with £71.5m in the previous period.
