THB launches new insurance facility for brokers
THB Risk Solutions has partnered with Residents Insurance Services to offer a new insurance facility for blocks of flats and buy-to-let properties.
The new facility, underwritten by Fortis, caters for single premises as well as larger portfolios and is available to brokers who are part of the THB Risk Solutions network.
“As part of this exclusive arrangement we offer access to a specialist underwriting team who can work with brokers to tailor policies according to their clients’ needs and directors’ and officers’ and engineering covers can also be included if required," said Glen McCully, MD of THB Risk Solutions.
