CCV snaps up broker
Cullum Capital Ventures (CCV) has announced the acquisition of Hertfordshire-based brokers Humbergrove and Humbergrove UK.
Run by brothers Kevin and Alan Oxley, Humbergrove and Humbergrove UK are located in Hemel Hempstead and Harpenden respectively. The businesses will be folded into CCV’s recently acquired broker Just Insurance, which is led by Rob Simpson and based in Hemel Hempstead. All staff will be retained as part of the deal.
