Broker reveals plans to double in size

Wigan-based Alker Brothers, which is part of Cullum Capital Ventures (CCV), has rebranded as Alker Insurance Brokers and moved offices in a bid to double in size in three years.

The broker has also strengthened its sales team with four new appointments to facilitate the company’s intended growth from new sales. It expects to grow its workforce further by a third by the end of the year.

Neil Poulton joins as Sales Director from DR&P where he spent 10 years as business development manager. He brings 20 years’ experience of commercial broking to Alker Insurance Brokers.
