Invicta makes four acqusitions

Invicta Insurance Services has made four acquisitions, which are all effective from 1 June 2010.

The intermediary, which was set up by Steve Gamage in March this year, has bought:

the entire portfolio of Cranbrook-based London & Southern Securities, which comprises mainly high net worth and property owners’ policies;
the entire portfolio of Welling-based Rees & Paddock Wood Insurance Services, which is predominantly property owners’ and small commercial policies;
the entire portfolio of Northfleet-based Investment & Insurance Services, the bulk of which is house hold and property owners
