Henderson is on the acquisition trail in Leeds
Henderson Insurance has announced the takeover of Denney O’Hara.
Chief executive, Joe Henderson, said he would not be disclosing the price paid for the Denney O'Hara business but said that the acquisition meant that Henderson can provide full services right across the insurance market - general insurance, commercial insurance and employee benefits.
"We have an ‘app' for everything now... It's another part of the jigsaw," he added.
The jobs of all 18 employees at Denney O'Hara's Lawnswood Business Park HQ were said to be safe.
The acquisition came just months
