Towergate claims merger is 'income growth exercise'
Towergate is to close three offices in Glasgow and consolidate staff in one city centre location.
The three affected businesses are MacDonald Reid Scott, which was purchased in 2008, Peacock Robertson, a former Broker Network Insurance Brokers operation and Towergate Risk Solutions, Glasgow.
Jon Walker, the newly-appointed managing director of Towergate's retail division, said: "We are integrating three businesses that had previously been run as individual offices.
