Former NIG business development chief joins Brit
Brit Insurance has appointed Vivek Banga to the position of UK distribution leader.
Mr Banga takes up his new role immediately and will report to Simon Cooter, director, UK market management and regional operations.
He has over a decade of experience in the UK insurance industry and joins Brit Insurance from NIG, where he was latterly head of business development.
In this role his remit included developing strategy, sales and distribution of commercial broker e-business. Prior to this, he was Head of e-commerce distribution, developing channels for e-trading with commercial
