Despite the high profile of the Cotswolds Geotechnical Holdings trial, the first to be brought under the Corporate Manslaughter and Corporate Homicide Act 2007, a survey by Allianz has revealed that 44% of intermediaries were unaware of the penalties proposed under the legislation.
