FirstAssist and Camberford launch scheme to protect intellectual property

FirstAssist Legal Protection has launched an intellectual property scheme in partnership with Camberford Law.

The scheme has been designed to provide clients with access to justice following the unauthorised use of their commercial innovations, concepts or trademarks which has resulted in financial loss.

The intellectual property (IP) scheme is available exclusively via Camberford Law, who said the addition further enhanced its extensive portfolio of specialist insurance packages for the broker market.
