Groupama announces talent drive
Groupama Insurances is implementing a three year talent plan and has appointed Jordan O'Connor in the newly created role of talent and resourcing manager to drive the initiative.
Reporting to Groupama’s HR director, Paul Cann, Ms O'Connor will be responsible for talent management, people development and resourcing throughout the company.
She will be based at Groupama’s London Head Office. Ms O'Connor joins Groupama Insurances from Chiumento, the HR consultancy where she was principal consultant, talent management. Prior to this she was an assessment analyst at BP.
