Chaucer raids Groupama for e-commerce chief

Chaucer Insurance, the UK division of Chaucer Holdings, has appointed Ken Hutchinson as head of e-commerce.

Based in Whitstable, Mr Hutchinson will be developing the electronic trading strategies for personal and commercial lines business by researching current and emerging technologies, and building on existing relationships with broker software suppliers.

He has over 20 years experience within the insurance sector, with the last 14 years focusing on electronic trading and e-commerce environments at Groupama.

Aviva doubling down for customers, says Martin
