Questgates snaps up Teceris division
QuestGates has acquired the liability division of Teceris Corporate and Complex Adjusting, which is part of the Capita Group.
The division comprises of an external liability adjusting field force and a Birmingham based claims handling unit.
Questgates claims this deal will make it one of the leading suppliers of liability investigation services in the UK.
Around 20 staff will TUPE transfer to QuestGates, including management, technical and support professionals with the services being merged into QuestGates's existing liability division. As part of the arrangement, QuestGates will also work closely with Capita in the
