Markel boosts retail division
John Parkinson joins from Hastings while Rupert Joce joins from Ecclesiastical
Markel International has strengthened its retail division in the UK with two senior appointments.
John Parkinson has been appointed as business operations manager. His role will involve developing Markel online trading capabilities.
He has joined Markel International, having worked for Hastings Insurance Services, where he was operations director. Before that he held a number of senior positions at General Accident (now Aviva).
