John Searl joins the niche insurer as claims director
KGM Motor Insurance has appointed John Searl as claims director.
He joins the business from Brit Insurance where he had spent the last nine years, most recently as motor claims manager.
Mr Searl will be responsible for managing claims costs and developing the strategic approach for the division including business planning across all classes of business.
He will also be responsible for the KGM claims teams across two locations in South Woodford and Chelmsford, as well as overseeing the
