Property consultancy The Vinden Partnership (TVP) has launched a new product for the construction industry following Zurich's decision to close its Building Guarantee division.
Steve Padley, former account manager for the North of England at Zurich Building Guarantee, has joined Bolton-based TVP as head of its new insurance services department.
The business, which acts as an appointed representative of sister broker Watson Laurie, has launched new product Vindemnity as a complete project
