Somerset-based Higos Insurance Services achieved 10% business growth in 2009.

Higos managing director, Ian Gosden, said: “It is true to say 2009 was an incredibly tough year for Higos, as it was no doubt for many in the industry, however we made a decision very early on not to bury our heads in the sand but to focus very hard on our services, staff training and the relationship with our clients.
