Defaqto has launched new product Engage GI Broker Edition together with the British Insurance Brokers' Association

Defaqto has become the latest associate member of the British Insurance Brokers' Association (Biba) on the back of a new scheme it has launched in conjunction with the association.

Broking profits fall at Saga

Underlying profit before tax in Saga’s insurance broking arm fell to £39.8m for the year ended 31 January 2024, compared with £71.5m in the previous period.
