Biba applauds Conservative caution over dismantling the FSA

The British Insurance Brokers' Association (Biba) has said it welcomed the recent clarification by George Osborne, the Shadow Chancellor of the Exchequer, where he promised to move cautiously in dismantling the Financial Services Authority (FSA).
