APC geared for European expansion
Accredited Lloyd's status to take underwriting firm to next level
APC has achieved Lloyd's accredited status and has stated its intention to use it as a springboard to launch into Europe.
APC is currently in the process of converting the business to deploy capital throughout Europe. It will use its own web-based underwriting platform QuoteMac to distribute APC products. The firm said it also intended to offer a white label service to European broker partners, which will provide access to its underwriting platform and to a facility within the Lloyds arena.
