Towergate Partnership has been assigned a credit rating by Moody's, following the renegotiation of its banking covenants. Moody's has assigned a B3 corporate family rating, which it said has been placed on review pending the success of Paymentshield's affiliation into the parent company. The rating is understood to satisfy the requirements of some members of the lending syndicate that offers Towergate financial support through its banking covenants. Paymentshield is expected to be affiliated
