RP Hodson forms new acquisitional broking group - Oval
A new acquisitional broker group has been launched following the acquisition of RP Hodson by new start up Oval.
The new group claims that its aim is to bring together a number of the best regional commercial insurance businesses to become one of the UK's top 10 national broking brands in the next few years.Oval said its model allows acquired brokers to realise some of the value of their companies, whilst at the same time retaining a business interest in an enlarged group.
