Cox makes triple acquisition
Cox has announced the acquisitions of Eastwood Insurance Services, Southdale Insurance and BR Insurance.
These acquisitions will sit within Cox’s Broking Division, which is made up of Boncaster and a network of 44 branches –including Bennetts UK and insure-shop. The company is looking to further extend its high street broking network throughout 2004.BR Insurance is a high street broker with offices in Alfreton and Sutton-in-Ashfield which was established in 1985.
