CBG acquires healthcare specialist
AIM-listed CBG (Community Broking Group) has this week completed the acquisition of Wilmslow based MVA Healthcare for an undisclosed sum.
The acquisition comes as part of the CBG’s strategy to acquire well-established ‘community’ brokers with a loyal staff and client base. The company’s expansion plan is now moving into its fourth year after acquiring one broker in 2001 a further three in 2002, and one in 2003.
