Royal & Sun Alliance has announced the appointment of a new chairman and chief executive. John Napier has been named as chairman designate, and Andy Haste has been nominated group chief executive.
Mr Napier is also chairman of Kelda Group, while Mr Haste was chief executive of Axa Sun Life and an executive director of Axa UK.
