Towergate founder Peter Cullum is in talks to sell up to a 25% stake in his business to a private equity group in a deal that could value his company at more than £3bn, according to reports.
According to the Financial Times (FT), Mr Cullum is planning to sell part of his company, Towergate, to the buy-out firm Candover. It has become the latest private equity group to be linked to the company, following rumours last year of a possible sale to Blackstone, among others.
