Alec Finch has acquired Oakley Financial Solutions, a Manchester-based independent financial adviser. "This move significantly reinforces our existing employee benefits division and will allow us to considerably develop our offering to private clients," said Alec Finch, group chairman. Simon Oakley will become managing director of Alec Finch Employee Benefits and his team will accompany his move to the Alec Finch Mosley Street offices in Manchester.
