Leeds-based Henderson Insurance Brokers has launched a retail-estate division with the aim of working in partnership with all UK developers across all projects: commercial, office, retail and residential. Chief executive Joe Henderson said that although the company had been founded with a focus on construction, expanding the firm's work in the real-estate market was a natural extension.
