The affinity market is set to be dominated by brokers, according to Phil Zeidler, business development director at Budget, who also hit out at insurers' offerings. Mr Zeidler's comments follow the announcement that their affinity arm Junction has signed a contract with Bradford & Bingley (B&B) to provide general insurance telephony and point-of-sale IT to Mortgage Express and its MarketPlace and Charcol IFA brands.
