Specialist broker Camberford Law is understood to be in discussions with an insurer regarding a management buyout (MBO).
Market sources have indicated that the MBO with Lord Sheikh, chairman and chief executive at Camberford Law, would result in him exiting the company, leaving its management in the hands of its three directors, David Ottewill, Simon Carter and Paul Cooper.
