Company founders Kevin Pallett and Geoff Crisp have left Fusion Insurance Services, nearly three years after its acquisition by Towergate.
The news comes on the back of RSA's decision to serve notice on its binding agreements with the company, however, it is understood that their departure was the result of Mr Pallett's and Mr Crisp's earn-out periods reaching completion.
