Venture Preference (VP) is to integrate and rebrand all of its existing businesses under the new name of Bluefin.
As part of a phased process across 2008 and 2009, all existing VP-owned companies are due to be renamed at the start of January next year. This will include Smart and Cook, Layton Blackham, Stuart Alexander, the Davis Group and SBJ UK.
The new brand - which market sources claim could cost £2m - will also bring together the Thinc Group companies, PIFC and SBJ Benefit Consultants to form
