Facilitas, the new trading division of Electrical Contractors Insurance Company, has announced the signing of a claims handling contract with The Claims People Group.
The broker-only underwriter, which focuses on the small to medium-sized enterprise (SME) market, said it was determined that its claims service would become a "clear differentiator".
