The Board of CBG, the Manchester-based insurance broker, has established CBG Sports via a joint venture with Knightsbridge Asset Management, a wholly owned subsidiary of Formation. CBG Sports, which is owned equally by CBG and Formation, will provide general insurance services to the existing clients of Knightsbridge and to new clients in the sporting arena.
