A new player is set to enter the consolidation field in the UK in the form of a Belfast-based broker, which is actively targeting broking firms on the mainland.
CJ Higgins & Co, which specialises in commercial insurance, will target businesses with a gross written premium (GWP) of between £12m and £15m in the south of England, but is also on the look-out for prospects in the rest of the UK.
