A new industry-wide code of practice for contract certainty has been published that covers, for the first time, both the subscription and non-subscription insurance markets.

The Contract Certainty Steering Committee (CCSC) launched the code with the approval of the Financial Services Authority (FSA), and has pulled together all contract certainty guidance issued during the past two years.
