Lloyd's broker Alec Finch London has rebranded under the name AFL Insurance Brokers. The rebranding came shortly after the departure of Alec Finch, the broker's chairman and founder. He left the company after repurchasing the broking arm and risk management subsidiary, Alec Finch Risk Services, from the Alec Finch Group, owned by French insurer Verlingue. The company said the name change would not affect business agreement terms or the company's ownership.
