Underwriting agency and private hire specialists, J&M Insurance Services (J&M) said it could be in breach of Financial Services Authority (FSA) regulation if its criticism of the regulations go unheeded.

The company hit out at FSA requirements, which it claims could lessen the systems of control Taxi Fleet operators have over their owner drivers and subsequently increase the likelihood of non insurance.
