The Risk and Insurance Management Society has announced the results of a forum it held in New York to improve quality in insurance placement practices. RIMS said all parties, who included Andrew Cornish, chairman of the Association of Insurance and Risk Managers, agreed on a need to improve the timeliness and accuracy surrounding the insurance placement process. Participants' agreed to reconvene within six months to follow the improvements in the insurance placement process.
